I had some great milestones this week. I turned down chinese food and chose a healthy turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread instead. I ran 2 miles with Shawn! And, I got to 35 lbs total which took me under my first 10% of my body weight!!! I am STOKED! It has been a really good week.
I am really obessesed with "The Biggest Loser" right now. I know it's just a show but they are real people and they do really inspire me. Especially in the aspect of pushing myself to workout and give it all I have and not doubt what I am capable of! Hence... I ran 2 miles this week!!! :)
So, life is happy and so am I. I have forward momentum and I refuse to let it go! :) Yay me.
